Where is your jewelry manufactured?
Our jewelry is produced through our family owned in-house manufacturing facility in Hangzhou, China with direct customer support based in Boston, Massachusetts. Managing manufacturing in-house allows us to maintain clearer communication, oversee production, and provide brands and retailers with factory-direct support.
What jewelry materials do you manufacture with?
We work with materials including stainless steel, brass, copper, sterling silver, titanium, and zinc alloy. Available material options depend on the product design, target price, desired durability, and production requirements.
What plating and finishing options do you offer?
We offer a range of plating and finishing options, including gold electroplating and durable PVD gold plating. Available colors, finishes, and plating thicknesses depend on the base material and product specifications. Our team can recommend the best option based on your design, budget, and durability requirements.
How do you maintain quality during manufacturing?
We oversee quality throughout the manufacturing process, from material selection and sampling to production, plating, finishing, and final inspection. Products are reviewed against the approved specifications before they are prepared for shipment. We also provide EU quality testing to help verify that products meet applicable European safety and quality requirements.
What is your typical manufacturing lead time?
Manufacturing lead times vary depending on the product, materials, order quantity, and level of customization. Made-to-order products generally require around 40 days, while more complex custom projects may require additional development and sampling time. We provide a more accurate production schedule after reviewing your project requirements.
